Allison Taff is a personal injury trial attorney who believes exceptional representation requires more than knowing the law—it requires understanding the person whose life has been disrupted by an injury.

Allison represents individuals and families facing some of the most difficult and uncertain moments of their lives. She understands that after a serious accident, clients are often navigating much more than a legal claim. Medical bills, lost income, pain, family responsibilities, and an unfamiliar legal system can quickly become overwhelming. Allison approaches each case with empathy and practicality, taking the time to understand what her clients are facing while providing the straightforward guidance they need to make informed decisions about their future. She is especially passionate about ensuring that every client—regardless of background, income, or familiarity with the legal system—feels heard, respected, and taken seriously.

An experienced litigator, Allison has handled complex civil matters throughout her career, including serious personal injury claims and high-stakes commercial motor vehicle litigation. Her experience includes complex discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, motion practice, case valuation, and trial preparation. She believes strong advocacy begins with knowing the facts, understanding the client, and preparing every case with the expectation that it may ultimately need to be presented to a jury.

Allison grew up in East Texas and was drawn to the law by a strong sense of justice and a desire to advocate for people facing powerful institutions. She understands that insurance companies and corporations handle claims every day, while an injured person may be navigating the legal system for the first time. Her clients can expect straightforward communication, thoughtful guidance, and an attorney who is prepared to stand up for them when an insurance company fails to fairly value what they have been through.

Allison earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Baylor University School of Law after graduating magna cum laude from Texas A&M University. During law school, she also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Alan Albright of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Allison is licensed to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.

Her professional involvement reflects her commitment to both the legal profession and the communities she serves. Through her work with the Junior League of Dallas, Allison has supported initiatives focused on early childhood education and college readiness, reflecting her commitment to creating opportunities for children and families in the Dallas community.

Allison also serves on the Texas Trial Lawyers Association Women’s Caucus Committee, graduated from the Texas Trial Lawyers Association LEAD Academy, and is a graduate of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class.
